[Nobug] Mailinglist server Maintenance notice

The Lumiera Mail and List server (and all other mailinglists hosted
there) will be down for a upgrade, don't worry if your mails (well,
there where no much recently) don't come through. It will be back soon.

Another issue is that the Cinelerra ML is down since some time, I hope
our admins will resolve this soon and we can migrate the Mailinglist to
our own Server.
