We dont do any stylesheet transformation anymore, initially I was going
over docbook with a2x and dblatex which produced quite ugly docs which
would depend on stylesheets for the transformation. Now with the config
Andreas started we use a latex backend from asciidoc directly, this uses
the KOMAscript book class and is configured by doc/latex.conf . This
puts a little more burden on us configuring this but I know this better
than the xslt cruft and of couse you see the results which are much more
pleasant.
Thanks for your patch, I merged it already, except reverting the hunk
about NOBUG_INIT() i want to have this mandatory for the time being and
decide on this later (there are some corner cases involved, what if a
library starts a thread before main() for example ...) possibly this all
needs some even more lax definition.
